AI & business

Small things. Thought through.

Sales and orders

Check the figures available from your connected store.

Daily trends

Look at daily activity from the supported provider.

Currencies kept separate

Read each currency without treating unlike amounts as one total.

Know when it refreshed

Check the refresh state alongside the figures.

IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR DAY

A familiar moment. A little help.

Between making and supporting

Take a quick look at sales and orders before getting back to your product work.

A store with more than one currency

Check the separate currency figures and refresh state rather than assuming everything is one current total.

INSIDE THE NOTCH

How to use it.

  1. Open Sales from All tools and choose a supported store connection.
  2. Connect using your own provider credentials and the access required by that provider.
  3. Read sales, orders and daily trends, checking the currency and refresh state before using a figure.

A familiar way in

Hover over or click the compact notch, use the menu-bar icon, or press Control–Option–Space. Search tools with Control–Option–K. If a shortcut is already taken, check the active shortcut in Settings.

Pin a favourite from All tools for quicker access. More about opening the notch

When the notch closes

Close the notch between checks. When you return, review the refresh state rather than assuming that a previously displayed figure is current.
