Small things. Thought through.

Use Apple Shortcuts

Run the shortcuts already available on your Mac.

Start from the notch

Keep a convenient place to launch your existing actions.

Keep your own workflow

The actions inside each shortcut still determine what it does.

IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR DAY

A familiar moment. A little help.

Your regular routine

Run an existing shortcut at the start of a task without bringing Shortcuts to the front first.

A repeated action

Reach for the workflow you have already put together when the same small job comes around.

INSIDE THE NOTCH

How to use it.

  1. Create and check your workflow in Apple Shortcuts first.
  2. Open Shortcuts from MicroNotch’s All tools library and choose the shortcut you want to run.
  3. Follow any permission prompts or interactions required by that shortcut’s actions.

A familiar way in

Hover over or click the compact notch, use the menu-bar icon, or press Control–Option–Space. Search tools with Control–Option–K. If a shortcut is already taken, check the active shortcut in Settings.

Pin a favourite from All tools for quicker access. More about opening the notch

When the notch closes

MicroNotch launches your shortcut; its actions determine how it runs and finishes. Closing the notch is not a way to cancel those actions.
